Too many bugs.
Terrible experience with the app. It is slow, with serious lags. Payments are just sometimes not going through resulting with me taping nervously 10 times on paying button hoping that it goes through once and don't charge me for the times it failed... No e-ticket options for day return. What is the point of selling tickets with an app if at the end it takes me 3 times the time it would take me at the station and finally I still have to queue to collect at the machines?
App doesn't work properly. Purchased ticket online and was not able to load on to smartcard. Happened to me loads of time. I have given up and started buying it from station. Not reliable at all. I do not have a choice if I have commutte on Thameslink which is a pity.
I go to the Ticket Wallet and it shows tickets I bought in the app. Tap the trip info to display actual tickets (kind of necessary if you want to actually travel using the tickets) and EVERY time the App immediately crashes.

Terrible, can't seem to show you trains progress when you click on a route. Has had this problem for years
Just crashes when trying to retrieve tickets and doesn't let you paste in password, useless.
There's something wrong with the prices here. Trying to book a return from Harlington to St Pancreas off peak return and it keeps offering me a ticket for 38 quid. It should be aprx £15. Have to stick with paper tickets. Pointless app.
Got a key card and tried to buy a ticket with the app. Useless. Received email with ticket. Really awkward. Won't be using
